Good News

The appointment went well! After explaining our case (we actually got to explain our case :-) ), the guy was really nice and called the National Benefit Center to get our I131 processed faster. Our case officer agreed to accelerate the process and was supposed to take care of it TODAY! So we will probably get my travel document in the mail within the next week... meaning:

1. I can come back in the US
2. We won't have to refile and pay another $2000 to immigration services
3. We can look forward to our future together as a newly married couple and look for another appartment... it feels good to be able to plan an after wedding together.
