Here is something I had to tell all the foreign guests about: for French Weddings, women wear HATS. Hats are worn during the ceremony, cocktail, and removed for the reception. I know it sounds crazy, but it is really fun and beautiful. Here are some pictures of my sister and I at a wedding 2 years ago, and of a wedding my parents went to. Don't you think it is so colorful? At first I wasn't used to wearing a hat, but when everybody does it, it is really fun.. I promise.
